About the Strickler-Berg calculator
This app uses spectra and spectroscopic parameters as input to calculate either the EC, QY or tau by using the Stricler-Berg equation (Strickler and Berg, 1962). Two out of the three (EC, QY, tau) parameters are required as input. The spectral data must be provided as three columns that respectively contain 1:Wavelength (in nm), 2:Absorbance, 3:Emission. An example file in csv format is available here
